- It's 1 of Egg.
- It's 1/2 cup of Skim milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
- You need 1/4 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 2 slice of Whole wheat bread.
- You need 1 of Syrup (optional).
- It's 1/3 cup of Blueberries.
Whole Wheat French Toast step by step
- Crack egg onto bowl, add milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix the bowl with a fork until yoke is dissolved and mixture is light yellow color.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and add butter to skillet. Spread the butter throughout and set burner to medium heat.
- Dunk one slice of bread to egg mixture and flip it. Don't let disk for more than a few seconds to prevent soggyness and then place onto skillet.
