- It's 4 of Potato.
- It's 3/4 cup of Cheese.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Sweet corn cooked.
- It's 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves very finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare As needed of Salt.
- It's 2 pcs of Green chilli – very finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Italian herbs.
- You need 1/4 cup of Corn four.
- You need 3 tbsp of All purpose flour/ Maida.
- It's 1/4 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of Bread crumbs.
Corn Croquettes step by step
- Peel, cube the potatoes. I used frozen corn and microwaved to cook it. You can choose your method to cook, but make sure it does not retain any water..
- Boil water, add the cubed potato, salt and cook until soft. Do not overcook. Otherwise it will retain water..
